Return Policy/Warranty Support

Upon purchasing an enclosed trailer from Collins Custom Cargo Eagle Lake, it becomes the customer’s full responsibility to manage the trailer after signing the warranty and acceptance agreement forms. This includes trailer delivery or pick-up.

Should any manufacturer defects arise, the customer must directly coordinate with the manufacturer for resolution. Collins Custom Cargo Eagle Lake will facilitate communication between the customer and the manufacturer if needed but does not assume responsibility for any defects.

Upon the signing of the acceptance agreement, the customer acknowledges that:

  • Collins Custom Cargo Eagle Lake is no longer liable for the trailer.
  • All responsibilities, including the handling of manufacturer defects, are transferred to the customer.

While the primary responsibility for warranty claims lies with the customer and the manufacturer, Collins Custom Cargo Eagle Lake will provide support in understanding and navigating the manufacturer’s warranty process. Customers are encouraged to reach out to us for guidance or assistance if needed.

The signing of the warranty form and acceptance agreement indicates that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to the terms that Collins Custom Cargo Eagle Lake is no longer held liable for any issues or defects with the trailer once the agreement is signed.
